Background Information

Djavaweb is a rapidly growing digital agency company located in Surabaya, Indonesia that specializes in website development, SEO, UI/UX design, and app development. While we’ve built a robust production team, most of our clients come from the international market such as the USA and Europe, primarily through our presence on platforms like Fiverr. Historically, we have been more passive in our client approach, and our local (Indonesian) market engagement remains low since we’ve never actively promoted our services locally.

Despite our remote working model, we’ve been highly successful overseas, but now we are looking to tap into the local market. Our aim is to expand our range to medium and large local enterprises, crossing the boundaries of Surabaya, and reaching national coverage.

The Task

Ways to collaborate with various stakeholders, including the production team, to reach our goals.
A plan to build long-term relationships with our new local clients.
